Order Placement and Shipping details

1. Once the order is placed through our website, the ready available ones will be dispatched in 2-3 working days and it will reach within India in 2-5 working days, and International in 4-6 working days.
2. Preorders / Customized orders, takes about 5-6 weeks handcrafting time for the jewelry.
3. 50% of the order’s amount should be paid in advance to start making for both preorders and customized jewelry.
4. We will send the final video of the order jewelry in the registered Whatsapp mobile number.
5. The balance of 50% of the amount should be paid before dispatch.

Order Status

1. The status of your order will be updated every Friday until the final dispatch.

Shipping Fee

1. Shipment anywhere within India is free of charge.
2. Shipping charge for International orders are Rs. 3000. (maximum 2 jewelry sets, same shipping charge)

Returns and Refunds

1. Once the order is placed, you’ll be unable to change / cancel the order.
2. Unique designer craftsmanship, No Refund, Exchange or Return Policy .
3. We make a thorough inspection before we ship each of our handcrafted jewelry. But In case of any damages / repairs we require a clear parcel opening video. On inspection, we will inform the clients to ship the parcel back to us. It is the client’s responsibility to ship to us. On receipt of the parcel we will repair & fix the damages and ship it back to the client.
