I came to know about Itihaasa through social platform. After seeing the eye catching designs I started following the account. I never used any gold plated jewellery so far, so was bit skeptical about placing the order, but wanted to give a try as the jewelry is very intricate and magnificent. I contacted the beautiful woman behind these creations, Bindhu with tons of questions about the usage, quality and longevity. Bindhu was patient enough to answer all my questions and explained the steps and process of each piece in making. She surprised me with the detailed etching of the pendant that I custom ordered. After satisfying with the first order, I went for a second one. Right from the jewellery making process till the time it delivered to me(international shipment) Bindhu was detail oriented and kept me updated each step.
